We offer a selection of handmade crystal bracelets, each uniquely designed and crafted by us. We strive to present images and descriptions that accurately reflect our products. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly due to the natural variation in crystals and craftsmanship.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Euro. After placing your order, you will receive payment guidelines in a seperat email. Please follow and once we receive your payment production starts.
3. Shipping
We endeavor to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, our location and other factors beyond our control.
Once product is shipped from our location, you will receive an email from our shipping partner, with relevant delivery information and when the delivery can be expected.
4. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your crystals, via email on Contact@ByMaluna.com to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
